Darren
The founder of D-One (2007), and has a passion for building relationships. Over the years he has built lasting connections with his clients that have fuelled D-One's growth. His primary focus is on creating solutions that make life easier and letting that be the reason for professionals to choose D-One again and again.We use technology to achieve that end. He established D-One on the Atlantic Seaboard and Southern Suburbs, and in 2020 expanded in to the Winelands. He loves surfing and mountain biking with friends and playing padel with this wife. Their 2 kids are more into horse riding and football.
Stafford
Has been a significant member D-One for a long time. And in the industry since 1999. Darren and Stafford initially met while working for another one of the leading System Integration companies in Cape Town. Our clients and fellow project subcontractors love having Stafford's energy on projects. His magnetic team-based approach, rock solid commitment and broad shoulders are stand-out character traits that make him a great leader.
Caleb
Caleb did his vac work with D-One when he was still studying at UCT. And once qualified, jumped on the opportunity to be a part of the team. He has brought a calm and grounded presence to the company. Caleb has been pivotal in developing D-Ones ability to design and deliver premium solutions and making sure our systems are optimized and efficient. With a shared love for surfing, Darren and Caleb have been known to attend D-One's board meetings in wetsuits.
Tristan
Joined D-One during Covid and has steadily grown to becoming a solid all rounder on site. He's our artist that makes sure that what we do looks beautiful. He's systematic, reliable and considered and knows how to make sure it gets done right.

Amanda
Is the number-cruncher. Her super power is systems thinking, and she loves spreadsheets second only to her padel addiction. She's been a part of building multiple businesses in various industries. She's obsessed with making the numbers balance. She's also a master at managing multiple things concurrently in her cool, calm and collected way. Including being a wonder-woman boss-mom.
Caren
Is the details queen. She works the books and brings her banking experience into ensuring that the numbers are correct. Nothing gets past her watchful eye. She expertly manages our stock and accounts.
Mekyle
Joined us as a junior technician and learnt like lightning. He quickly became the master of our systems and processes. His sharp wit and character makes work fun. He weilds technology like a super power.
